BID BLASTER SENDS PROJECT INVITATIONS VIA  EMAIL

Eprints4u Online Plan Room Bid Blaster module can handle sending out bid invitations and addenda email notifications by the thousands economically, without tying up your server or phone lines. When invitees receive their invitations via email they can click on their unique link to view the project without logging in. They can provide immediate feedback to General Contractors on whether they will bid and order plans.

FLEXIBLE BID PACKAGE CONFIGURATION

In addition to, and independent of, the document folders, bid packages can be created for each category of subcontractor involved in the project. The bid packages are then populated with the documents that the bidder is required to order.
